Nick Coder

Nick Coder is a business executive with over 20 years of experience building leading businesses through strategic growth and M&A across private equity and public company environments. He is currently the President of Fence Builders, Inc. Previously, he co-founded StonePoint Materials, a top 25 U.S. construction aggregates company, where he drove significant value creation through M&A and growth initiatives as Vice President of Business Development prior to the company’s acquisition by Arcosa (NYSE: ACA). Prior to co-founding StonePoint, Nick spent nearly 10 years an investment banker representing middle market companies in mergers and acquisitions, capital raises and financial restructurings. Nick received a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University, a Master of Finance from Penn State University, and is a CFA Charterholder.
