A fair and reasonable partner to small business owners and their employees
Lower Middle Market Private Equity Investors
We partner with management teams and small family-and-founder-owned business owners to provide financial flexibility and unlock value.
Our approach to structuring and transitioning companies through a transaction is always flexible and collaborative. Business continuity and employee retention are top priorities, as we believe these are critical components of a successful partnership.
We target established companies that have strong customer relationships and local market presence but have room for improvement on back-office infrastructure and growth capabilities.
