Mike Minchella

Mike is a Managing Partner at Watchtower. Along with his partners, he directs all aspects of the firm’s activities, including strategy, investor relations, recruiting and culture, new investment execution and managing the portfolio.

Mike has extensive experience leading private equity investments and has served on the Board of Directors of several leading middle-market companies. Prior to Watchtower, Mike was a Vice President at Sun Capital Partners, where he invested and managed investments in family and founder-owned companies in the home services, industrial services and specialty distribution sectors. Mike also served as Vice President at Stellex Capital Management and previously worked at Houlihan Lokey and Solomon Partners.

Mike received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Mike is a native Michigander but resides in South Florida with his wife, son, daughter, and his dog, Gigi. When not working with founders, Mike can be found running, spending time with his family outdoors, or at the beach.
