Jack Walter

Jack Walter is a business executive with over 30 years of experience leading finance and accounting organizations across private equity and public company environments. Jack previously served as Chief Financial Officer at VCA, Inc., one of the world’s largest providers of veterinary care, operating more than 1,000 veterinary hospitals across the U.S. and Canada. Jack worked at VCA for over 20 years in various positions across the finance and accounting department, ultimately guiding the company through its sale to Mars Inc. in 2017. Jack also served as Chief Financial Officer of Companion Pet Partners, a veterinary hospital operator based in the Western U.S. that was built from the ground up through acquisition. Jack received a Bachelor’s degree from the Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University.
