Daniel Miller

Dan Miller is a seasoned business executive with over two decades of experience driving growth and operational excellence across founder-led and private equity-backed businesses. Throughout his career, Dan has held leadership positions across strategy, finance, and operations in a range of industries, including home services, healthcare, and technology. Dan has extensive experience guiding middle-market companies through transformative transactions, operational turnarounds, and scaling initiatives. With a unique combination of hands-on experience in the trades and a deep understanding of private capital, he brings a pragmatic, results-driven approach to value creation.

He began his career in operations and engineering roles at FedEx Express and DHL, gaining firsthand insight into complex logistics and frontline execution. Most recently, Dan served as President of A1 Garage Door Services, in which he played an instrumental role transforming a fast-growing, founder-led business into a successful exit to private equity. He currently serves on several boards and partners with founders and management teams to evaluate strategic investment, growth, and exit opportunities. Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Ross School of Business.
